Garbage pickup is provided by a third party for a fee for service. Arrangements can be made to have your garbage picked up every Tuesday by contacting Mark Rogers at 204-761-4306.
Wawanesa has a service agreement with the R.M. of South Cypress for the people on the west side of the municipality (approximately 200 people) which sets a fee of $55.00 per person.

Recycling is picked up by Waste Management once a week. The recycling containers are at the Waste Transfer Station only.
